Returns & Exchanges Policy
Sanders Recreation & Fitness stand firmly behind all our products. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase (shipping prepaid) with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return or exchange. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. We reserve the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain products and non-receipted products. A re-stocking fee may be charged on certain items being returned.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. We can not accept returns of any custom or special-order merchandise or sales items as these are final sale. Used products can not be refunded and it will be up to the store’s discretion if an item is new or used.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. We do not guarantee we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
Defective items may be exchanged, repaired or refunded, as per the manufacturer’s warranty. In the event a replacement product of the same item is temporarily unavailable, a credit note will be issued for redemption on the same item once its’ back in stock. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail with how the defect will be handled.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. On the site Canada Post is listed but in many cases UPS or FebEx maybe the better option. We will make the final decision based on the size and destination of the product at time of packing. You will receive a tracking number which will allow you to follow your parcel and it will at that point let you know which courier was picked for your location.
If an order is deemed “Undeliverable” by one of our shipping partners it will be taken to the regional pick up facility and will remain there until you pick up the parcel. If you do not pick up the parcel after 5 business days the parcel will be returned to us at your cost. Once the parcel is returned you will be refunded in full minus all shipping costs. This includes the cost to send the parcel to you AND the cost to return the parcel to us as well as any additional fees from our shipping partners.
Reasons a package may be deemed undeliverable:
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within  business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any additional shipping charges before items are shipped. We will try to find the best carrier for your area which maybe different then what you picked online.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
